Early Arrivals & Late Departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you want immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night.

For late departures, reserving an additional night guarantees access until you leave the hotel.

Refundable Rates

• Cancellation/amendment made 72 hours prior to arrival date: Free of charge.
• Cancellation/amendment made within 72 hours before arrival (including bookings made within this time): First night charge.
• No-show: 100% of full stay will be charged.

Children Policy

All children are welcome.

• Under 5 years old: Free of charge, sharing bed with parents, including breakfast.
• 5–9 years old: Surcharge VND 200,000/room/night, including breakfast.
• 10–17 years old: Surcharge VND 300,000/room/night, including breakfast.
• From 17 years old: Considered as adult. Extra bed required at VND 400,000/room/night, including breakfast.
